View Analysis

# Accessing the Analyzed Statements

There are two methods to access the analyzed statements:

  1. Direct Upload – If the document was uploaded directly, the system will automatically navigate you to the View Analysis page once processing is complete.
  2. Email Upload – If the document was uploaded via the organization’s email, click the View Status button to open the analysis.

# Analysed Statement

After the statement is processed:

  • Click the View button to access the analysis.
  • The top section displays the client’s KYC information, including:
    • Client name
    • Bank issuing the statement
    • Type of account
    • Account number
    • Statement period

The analysis is divided into six main sections, including a Summary.

# 1. Summary

  • Presents scores for the statement and a graphical representation of inflows and outflows.
  • Highlights peak inflow dates, an overview, a monthly inflow/outflow graph, and a monthly breakdown.
  • A chart of inflows/outflows allows you to click endpoints to view monthly transactions.
  • A monthly breakdown shows debits, credits, and balances, with totals and averages for the statement period.

# 2. Transactions

This section categorizes transactions into Inflows and Outflows.

Inflows

  • Subcategories: Cash deposits, Bank transfers, Mobile money, Cheque deposits.
  • Each subcategory displays:
    • Transaction count
    • Total amount transacted
    • Highest transaction amount
    • A summary panel highlighting top transactions.
  • Click the binoculars icon to view a detailed breakdown.

Outflows

  • Categories: Loan repayments, Bank transfers, Reversals, Cheque withdrawals.
  • Each subcategory displays:
    • Transaction count
    • Total amount transacted
    • Highest transaction amount
    • A summary panel highlighting top transactions.
  • Click the binoculars icon for details.

# 3. Inflow Classification

  • Represents all cash inflows into the account.
  • Subcategories include Outliers, Insurance, and Other Revenues.
  • For each subcategory:
    • Transaction count
    • Total transacted
    • Highest transaction amount
    • Summary with top transactions
  • Click the binoculars icon to inspect transaction details.

# 4. Outflow Classification

  • Represents all cash outflows (expenses) from the account.
  • Subcategories include Outliers, Insurance, and Other Revenues.
  • Each shows:
    • Transaction count
    • Total transacted
    • Highest transaction amount
    • Summary with top transactions
  • Click the binoculars icon to view details.

# 5. Monthly Classification

  • Tracks transactions per month, including:
    • Number of transactions
    • Highest transaction amount
    • Total monthly amounts
  • Divided into monthly inflows and monthly outflows.

# 6. Location Classification

  • Categorizes transactions based on the location where they were conducted.
  • Helps illustrate the client’s possible whereabouts.
  • Displays the top transactions per location.

# Key

The Key section provides definitions of terms and metrics used in the analysis, such as:

  • How scores are calculated.
  • The meaning of the recommended loanable amount.

# SpinCrunch Report

After analysis, you can download reports:

  • Full Report – Download the complete analysis report.
  • Original File – Download the original bank statement (especially when sent via email).
  • Original CSV – Download an Excel sheet of all transactions (money in, money out, and ledger balances).

    This option is enabled upon request.
