Uploading Documents

There are two methods available for uploading documents:

  1. Upload via the organization's email
  2. Upload directly through the system

# 1. Upload via the Organization's Email

  • Forward the client’s emailed statement to the organization’s email provided during onboarding
    (e.g., digistatements@gmail.com).

# 2. Upload Directly Through the System

  1. Click Upload New.
  2. Select the document type, then click Browse to locate the document on your device.
  3. Click Enter Password.

After uploading the statement, a pop-up will appear:

  • If the document is password-protected:
    • Enter the password in the DocumentPassword field.
    • Click Enter Password to proceed.
  • If the document is not password-protected:
    • Click inside the DocumentPassword textbox and leave the cursor blinking.
    • Then click Enter Password.

⚠️ Note: If the document is not accompanied by a password, do not enter a random password as the default.

# Starting the Analysis

Once the password is entered (if applicable):

  • A preview of the document will appear on the right side of the page.
  • Click Start Analysis to begin the system’s data extraction process.
